Welcome to
Hertfordshire M.E./CFS Support Group
(Previously St Albans M.E Group)

We are a local community group run by volunteers providing self-help, support and social sessions for people with M.E/CFS/Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalgia. Regular meetings are held, currently online, because of Covid restrictions, for people across Hertfordshire.

During lockdown we have supported each other via our Zoom meetings. Please do join us for a chat and quite often a good laugh! If you're not feeling great we all understand and it often helps to overcome loneliness to see some friendly faces who can offer support.

We invite guest speakers, share ideas, discuss the latest research, and enjoy quizzes at our meetings. We also have regular gentle yoga/relaxation classes online.

You can chat online, get advice and share ideas by joining our Facebook group. We also keep in touch with a quarterly newsletter.

To join, please click on the 'Join now' button above. If you would like to know more or have any questions please email us at hertsmecfs@gmail.com
